1Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Aavinos LLC / Mind Theory AI (“Ghostline,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with this marketing website (the “Site”). It does not govern the Ghostline screening or investigative-research product, which operates under separate consent, audit, and retention controls and its own agreements — see §9.
2What we collect
You provide
If a working contact or “book a demo” form is enabled, we collect what you submit — such as name, role, organization, work email, and any message. (In the current preview, nothing is sent.)
Collected automatically
A live deployment may collect standard server logs and limited technical data (IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, timestamps) for security and to operate the Site. We do not collect special-category or sensitive personal information through the Site.
3How we use it
- respond to demo requests and inquiries;
- operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- detect and prevent abuse, scraping, and unauthorized use;
- comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Site contact information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site (e.g., hosting, email) under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent personal information.
5Cookies & analytics
The current preview sets no tracking cookies. A live deployment may use strictly necessary cookies and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics; if so, this section and any required consent banner will be updated to name them and your choices.
6Retention
We keep Site inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period, then delete or anonymize it. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and diagnostics.
7Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising (we do neither), and to appeal a decision — for example under the CCPA/CPRA and GDPR. To exercise a right, contact us at contact@mindtheory.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
8Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a marketing site. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9The Product vs. this Site
The Ghostline screening/vetting product handles regulated data under a separate framework: operator consent and permissible-purpose attestation before any query, a tamper-evident audit log, configurable retention with auto-purge, and chain-of-custody export. Those controls, and any FCRA/DPPA/state-law obligations, are addressed in the Product’s own agreements — not this Site policy.
10Children
The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. (The Product’s school-visitor use is governed separately by its agreements and applicable law.)
11Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be indicated here.
